Data we collect

We process only the data you provide when completing the contact form:

• full name;
• email address and, if you provide it, telephone number;
• the profile, area of interest, language and time window you select;
• the content of your message.

If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects aggregated browsing data (pages visited, device, source) with an anonymised IP address.

Why we process them

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation if appropriate (legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
• To comply with the legal and professional obligations incumbent on us (legal basis: legal obligation).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie preferences).

Who can access the data

The data are processed by the staff of Q Trust Advisor Sàrl, who are bound by confidentiality. Hosting, domains and maintenance of the website are entrusted to Apelux S.R.L. (Italy), acting as processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. Analytics data are processed by Google Ireland Ltd under its own privacy policy. We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep them

Contact data are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and in any event for no longer than 24 months, unless legal or professional obligations require a longer period. Analytics data are kept for the periods set by Google Analytics.

How we protect them

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may exercise the following rights at any time:

• have them rectified if inaccurate;
